VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR POLLINATOR ACTIVISM! - October 8th!

Pelion Garden is partnering with CEPA to do pollinator outreach during the Children's Garden Fest at MLK Park, on October 8th from 2-5pm.

 

Pelion will operate a Pollinator Photo Booth where kids and families can get pics with bees, beeks, flowers or butterflies!

 

Pelion requests volunteers to come dressed in costume--OR wear all-black/all-yellow/all-green and we will stripe your clothes accordingly. (see pic)

 

All you have to do is pose for pics or help folks take pics using their phones and generally speak well of pollinators. HAMS WELCOME!

 

Pelion has a limited number of beekeeper suits for you to borrow and other costume components to share.

Elmwood Village Clean Up - POSTPONED to Saturday, May 6th

 To volunteer for the annual spring clean up of the Elmwood Village, taking place on Saturday, May 6th, email: info@elmwoodvillage.org 

Volunteers will meet at 9:00 am at 875 Elmwood Avenue - next to the playground. It will end at 1 pm.
