CAS in the time of COVID

We'll be talking in TOK about "getting creative" with CAS. For now, one thing you can think about doing that counts for a CAS experience: your physical education class (when you are doing things that make you "break a sweat.").

You'll want to add an experience in ManageBac named "Physical Education." You will want to have at least two reflections per unit. The first will explain the unit you're working on and what your goals are for the unit - and how long it is going to last. The second will be the end of the unit and how you met your goals. If the unit is longer than a month, you may want to have a reflection towards the end of the first month/beginning of the second month on how things are going and how you are progressing toward your goals. Finally, you will want to make sure you add evidence for each unit (picture of you participating, a screen shot of you in the class, etc.).
