They are looking for 10 student volunteers to work at the Live 2 Lead Buffalo Leadership Event on Friday, October 9, 2015 at The Tralf. Volunteers must be spirited, animated, charming, and willing to dance, sing, laugh, and have fun. Additionally, any student volunteer must be comfortable addressing influential leaders from local corporate, political, and educational organizations. This includes both verbal and nonverbal communication, such as smiling, looking them in the eye, and offering an enthusiastic greeting and a handshake.

Volunteers must be available from 7:30 am - 1:00 pm at The Tralf, next to Shea's on Main St in downtown Buffalo. Students must have their own transportation to and from the event. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. More info about the event can be found here: https://www.generationalleadershipbydesign.com/live-2-lead-.html

In exchange all volunteers will have access to Advanced Leadership Training offered by 4 world-class experts in Leadership development including Leadership guru and author of 77 books on Leadership, John C Maxwell. Microsoft COO, Kevin Turner and authors Valorie Burton and Patrick Lencioni will round out this live broadcast. Breakfast and a mid morning snack will be provided, as well as a John Maxwell Team shirt which must be worn throughout the day. Students will be asked to stand at multiple stations to greet attendees, hand out registration packets, guide registrants to the broadcast area, and maintain a high energy environment.

Certificates of completion of the Live 2 Lead Advanced Leadership Training Program with volunteer hours will be provided by The John Maxwell Team and The University of Georgia (the university that organized the broadcast).
