Spring Cleanups in the city!

The Elmwood Village Spring Cleanup is taking place on Saturday, April 27th from 10 am - 12 pm. Volunteers should meet in front of the Elmwood Village Association's headquarters on Elmwood in front of the Lafayette Presbyterian Church. All are welcome to come out and help the EVA keep Elmwood Ave. green, clean and walkable. Volunteers will be provided with the tools necessary for cleaning projects of their choosing. Projects range from litter disposal and general curb/sidewalk cleaning to street fixture upkeep.

The Hertel Avenue Annual Spring Cleanup is also Saturday, April 27th from 9 am - 12 pm. Volunteers should meet in front of Deep South Taco (Hertel and Starin) and are asked to bring gloves and tools, if you have them.
